Pre-Approval Received
We received our Pre-Approval (PA) this morning, and now await our Referral Approval (RA). The PA means that China has received our intent to adopt Emily, and based upon that intent and our rehabilitation plan, will begin to review our family’s dossier. The RA could be received three to five months from the date of our electronic acceptance of Emily which was May 15. Today’s news was more just a confirmation that the process is moving along, and now we wait . . . again. Thankfully, we have a sense of how long that wait will be now, and that makes the waiting a little more bearable.

YEAH!! So happy for this news! I’ve been checking every day to see if you got your PA!! One step closer:-) oh, and i love the last video you posted!!
