We woke up this morning to snow falling, and the ground already covered in a couple of inches of snow. Being Sunday, I began to wonder what things were like out on the streets and got up, got ready and headed out the door. By this point there was already 5 inches of snow on the upper end of Sandy, and after calling some of the deacons, we decided to cancel church. When it finally stopped snowing later that afternoon we had 8 inches at our home, and we were really the only area in the Portland metro area that got any snow. I’m sure there’s some snow days ahead!
